Serving Columbia and Lexington, our comprehensive and scientific approach to athletic training and exercise is unmatched by any other program across the Midlands of South Carolina.
Apex offers athletes:
Using a science-based analysis of each individual’s sport and position, certified strength and conditioning coaches and functional movement specialists will develop personalized training plans.
PhD-level functional movement specialists perform precise evaluations to teach athletes how to apply
the principles of biomechanics and physiology to improve agility and build strength.
A training program isn’t complete without a balanced diet to fuel athletes and ensure enough energy for competition. Athletes work with a registered dietitian nutritionist to learn what and how to eat before, during and after competition, as well as during down time.
A medically supervised program to help athletes transition from their post-surgical physical therapy to a higher intensity regimen that will prepare them to return to their sport. Physical therapists work one-on-one with each athlete using sport-specific rehabilitation techniques in an intense, competitive and athletic environment.
