Welcome to registration for the 2021 SCATA Virtual Annual Symposium. Registration will begin on Saturday, May 15, 2021 and will remain open until July 7 at 11:59 PM ET. Included with your registration are access to synchronous and asynchronous events. There will be a live business meeting on Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 6:00 PM ET followed by a DHEC course worth up to 1 DHEC CEU. There will also be live breakout sessions that occur on the dates of Thursday, July 15, 2021 and Friday, July 16, 2021. Also included in your registration is access to asynchronous educational programming . This content will become available on July 15, 2021 at 12:00 AM ET and will remain open until September 30, at 11:59 PM ET.

For non-student registrants you will receive a link to the synchronous breakout sessions scheduled July 15, 2021 and July 16, 2021, the synchronous Annual Business meeting/DHEC course scheduled July 15, 2021, and the asynchronous educational programming website and on July 8, 2021.

For student registrants you will receive a link to the synchronous breakouts sessions scheduled July 15, 2021 and July 16, 2021, the synchronous Annual Business meeting/DHEC course scheduled July 15, 2021, and the asynchronous educational programming website on July 8, 2021. At this time you  will also receive an additional link sent to you directly with more information regarding the synchronous student content available to you on July 15, 2021.

The website link for the asynchronous educational programing will be available from July 15, 2021 until September 30, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET. Registration includes access to courses eligible for up to 14 Category A CEUs and 2 EBP CEUs. 3 of the Category A CEU courses are also SC DHEC Courses. As a registrant you will also have an opportunity to learn more about our 2021 SCATA virtual exhibitors and sponsors via a Virtual Exhibit Hall.

Please Note: SCATA members in good standing are permitted to register for this Educational Programming at a discounted rate.

If you maintain your NATA membership AND your address of record is located in South Carolina, a portion of your national membership dues is funneled down to the state level. This makes you a dues paying member of SCATA, however, if you haven't already you must join the state association by completing the SCATA membership application here.

If you currently work in the state of South Carolina but your address of record with the NATA is in a different state, your dues money is funneled down to that state. This makes you a member of that state’s organization not South Carolina's. If you would also like to join SCATA please follow click here to register to become a SCATA member. You will be asked to submit SCATA dues separately. 

Being an NATA member but not a member of SCATA does not exclude you from registration for the Educational Programming.

If you are a non-NATA member you must have a current SCATA (Non-NATA member) membership to register at the discounted rate. This includes an annual fee depending on your membership level. If you are not currently a SCATA member but would like to become one please click here to register.

Non-SCATA members will also be able to take part in the offerings.

Assessments for the courses must be completed by 11:59 PM ET on September 30, 2021 in order to receive a statement of credit. Participant assessments will not be reopened after September 30, 2021; if assessments are not completed by this deadline, participants are not eligible to claim CEUs or DHEC course credit for the course. Please allow until November 1, 2021 to receive your statement of credit.

SCATA MEETING CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

All cancellation requests must be made in writing by email to the SCATA Treasurer (treasurer@scata.org). All cancellations prior to 6 weeks to the first date of the Event will be refunded in full minus 10% for processing/accounting procedures.  Cancellations occurring within 2-6 weeks prior to the first date of the Event will receive 50% refund, minus 10% for processing/accounting procedures.  No refunds will be given for cancellations within 2 weeks of the first date of the Event.
